What if the shoes/items I order do not fit or are unsuitable?

Then you are more than welcome to send them back as long as they have not been worn of course within 14 days of posting and in the original packaging and also packed in the same manner you received them in.

You must also obtain a returns number from us. If you return an item without one, it will delay the refund.

What if just want to exchange for a different size or different style, what do I do?

You will need to obtain a returns number from us via email or by giving us a call (number at top of website) and you can certainly exchange any items for anything else you want. If you change your mind and want something cheaper, then we will refund the difference and if more expensive, we can sort that out with you.

As you are buying an item that might not fit, we always offer free shipping on exchange items to give you piece of mind, so that there is no need to pay shipping again.

Why do you keep mentioning size charts?

You have asked a very good question indeed and there is a very good reason why. Pretty much all items have size charts that are individual to the item in question and they are there to guide you. A majority of online footwear retailers still do not provide measurements for their ranges and we find that incredible. If you use the size chart and you can see a boot will not fit, then you will not buy it and find a boot that you like that does. This means that you at least don't waste your time and money ordering something that will not fit.

When will my order arrive?

If the item is in stock, then you can usually expect it within 2-3 working days if you live in the UK (but at certain busy times of the year then this can increase). Any customers that are from outisde of the UK can expect a delivery to take anywhere between 3 - 15 working days (depending on where you are in the World). For items that we do not carry in stock, please allow between 7-28 days. Some of our items give you an indication of delivery times at the bottom of the description for each item. If in doubt please do email us.

I really need my order straight away, can you ship ASAP?

Yes we can, we carry most of our own stock and those items that we do not, have between a 7 - 28 day delivery schedule on and this will be listed beneath the description of the item in most cases. If you are unsure, please feel free to give us a call or e-mail us using the 'Contact Us' form.

Will my order be packaged discreetly?

All products are despatched by us either in plain brown paper or grey mailing bags, there is no mention of the company name on the outer packaging. We place a return address on the packaging, but with a name instead of the company name for privacy reasons and it doesn't give away what is within the package.

I don't like giving credit card details over the Internet, can I pay for my order any other way than online?

Of course you can. We accept payment via cheque or postal order or if you prefer, you can give us a call on 01484 537780 and we can take your payment over the phone. However, PayPal is totally secure and you need not worry at all about inputting your credit card details (see our T's & C's for more information about PayPal).

When is my payment taken?

Your full payment for your order is taken automatically when you process your order using our payment provider PayPal, who then pass on your order details but no financial information whatsoever to us, which makes it very secure. PayPal is one of the Worlds leading online payment providers and millions of transactions are processed every day by PayPal.

What is your security policy

We at Bootedup.com are committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection. Likewise if you order over the phone, then all your information after the order has been processed will be shredded to avoid the theft of your identity and fraud.
