By purchasing products from bootedup.com you declare that you are 16 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess sexy boots or related products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from our website, bootedup.com can't be held responsible. If it is discovered that you are not entitled to purchase the goods then a refund is at our discretion.
Contract Formation
Orders made through bootedup.com are subject to acceptance and availability. bootedup.com may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and bootedup.com until your parcel has been dispatched by ourselves.
bootedup.com provide online payment through a third party provider. Please see our '100% Secure' section below for further details.
When you make the payment, the name Booted Up will appear on your credit/debit card. Payment is taken at point of purchase and is for your own security.
100% Secure
Booted Up offers a safe and secure way in which to shop online. We use PayPal as our online Payment Service Provider. We will appear on your bank account/ credit card or PayPal statement as 'BOOTED UP'.
No PayPal Account Required
You no longer require a PayPal account in order to pay for goods. You do have an option to sign up for a PayPal account but this is at your discretion.
Do We See Your Payment Details?
We do not see the details of the card that you paid with. All we see is your order details such as your delivery address, card address and items ordered. The only time we will see your card details is when you make a payment over the phone and after the payment has been processed by us, we destroy the details using a shredder.

bootedup.com is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent and any financial data that we take i.e. telephone orders is stored securely and destroyed after a period of 7 (seven) days.
Delivery Times
As we are predominantly a footwear company we can ship most boots and shoes to you very quickly as we have a large stock. However, with non footwear items, we often have to order them in and not just from the UK, so delivery may take a little bit longer. If you have ordered a mixture of footwear and non footwear items we may ship the order in separate parts at no extra cost to yourself.
As with all onlone retailers, we do advise that delivery could take up up to 28 (twenty eight) days and if an order stretches beyond that, then we will inform you via email only in order to respect your privacy.
Returns Policy
What if the shoes/items I order do not fit or are unsuitable? We offer a 7 (seven) day cooling off period. Then you are more than welcome to send them back as long as they have not been worn of course and within 14 (fourteen) days of posting and in the original packaging and also packed in the same manner you received them in. We also ask you to put a copy of the sales receipt or a note with the returned goods to say who you are and why you are returning the goods.

Any clothing, due to the intimate nature, can only be returned if the items have not been worn or used in any way. bootedup.com, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
